Founder, CEO, and Editor-in-Chief
Mathew Warboys has been voted as one of the Top 40 CEOs in the World—after successfully founding and growing 5+ companies (including The LinkedIn Thought Leaders). Having been named as a Top 10 LinkedIn Coach in Yahoo! Finance, Mathew is experienced with helping Start-Up Founders & Entrepreneurs to grow their Personal and Business Brand on LinkedIn—having used the platform to build all of his own highly profitable businesses.
At the moment, Mathew is also currently pursuing a part-time MSt in Entrepreneurship at the University of Cambridge. Outside of business, Mathew is passionate about sports; and enjoys attending the gym (as well as loves watching films; and going to the cinema).

Mika Aranzanso
Executive Assistant To Editor-in-Chief
Mika Aranzanso is the EA to Mathew Warboys at FounderX Magazine (as well as more broadly across Mathew’s other entrepreneurial ventures: including The LinkedIn Thought Leaders). Helping to manage Mathew’s correspondence, Mika liaises with contributors and readers of FounderX Magazine—in order to ensure smooth publication and readership satisfaction.
Also contributing to Graphic Design at FounderX Magazine, Mika has a keen interest in the arts (as well as having a passion for home baking).
Ella Mae Tusay
Head of Graphic Design
Ella Mae Tusay, as well as being the Head of Client LinkedIn DMs at The LinkedIn Thought Leaders, in order to handle networking and appointment booking, is also a Graphic Designer for LinkedIn Content Management. These skills are likewise employed here at FounderX Magazine—as Ella creates the bespoke image for each article contribution.
Outside of her pertinent contributions across the FounderX business empire, Ella enjoys listening to live bands; and is also currently undertaking her studies in Civil Engineering.
AJ Andaya III
Head of Video Editing
AJ Andaya, as well as being the Head of Client Content Engagement for The LinkedIn Thought Leaders, in order to implement high-end comment-making and comment-responses, is also a Video Editor for LinkedIn Content Management. These skills are likewise employed here at FounderX Magazine—as AJ edits our video content on the platform and across social media.
Outside of his roles at FounderX, AJ has a passion for Combat Sports—including Kickboxing (for which AJ also teaches classes).
